micro4C is proud to announce availablilty of the My Sales Opportunities version 1.9 for three major tablet platforms: Android tablets, Apple iPad and BlackBerry Playbook.
Release 1.9 adds number of improvements, including:
Generate custom reports and export them to XML or HTML format (available for Android tablets and BlackBerry Playbook). Apple iPad supports emailing of reports instead of the export.
Track Multiple Businesses
If you are selling to multiple businesses you can not have separate databases for each businesses. Each database contains completelly separate opportunities, contacts, tasks and notes.
Import contacts from your device address directly to My Sales Opportunities application (not available on BlackBerry Playbook).
Version 1.9 enables emailing of opportunities using email application on your device.
Customize Sales Stages
My Sales Opportunities application now allows you to customize your sales stages and enter your own percentages for each stage.
Extended Contacts View
Extented Contacts View groups all opportunities, tasks and notes for contact on a new contact view so you can easily track your best customers.
Email reports from your iPad. Choose between HTML format for easy sharing or XML for easy import to other application.
This release also delivers many smaller enhancements, improved support for new Android tablets like Nexus 7, support for iPads with Retina displays, updated User Guide and bug fixes. Version 1.9 is a free update for existing customers.

micro4C is proud to announce availablilty of the My Sales Opportunities version 1.5 for Apple iPad, BlackBerry PlayBook and Android tablets.
Release 1.5 includes number of new features, including:
Weighted revenue and profit numbers are great indicators of the sales funnel quality. These numbers are calculated when corresponding forecasted amounts are multiplied with individual opportunity closing probability percent and summed up into the totals.
Sales Funnel Graph
Dashboard page now includes sales funnel graph. This graph shows potential sales and weighted totals for the upcoming months and serves as a great indicator of what you may be expecting to close within next 90 days.
One of the most requested features by our customers was to allow tracking of top opportunities. Top opportunities are the most significant and important opportunities to us. As we close them they provide the most significant contributions to our overall sales goals. Now tracking of Top Opportunities is as easy as a single tap on the star icon.
Opportunity Data Export
Many of our clients need to share data about their opportunities with other team members. To make this easier , opportunity data can now to be exported into a single HTML file. Your exported opportunity data is now ready to be emailed to your colleagues or managers.
Working with Tasks
To further improve working with the follow-up tasks, we have implemented filters for today's and week's activities. With this added feature you can better focus on executing things at hand.
To further visualize quality of your sales funnel we have introduced Charts. Charts are offering different views at your sales funnel for various time periods. In this version of My Sales Opportunities this is experimental feature. It is our intent to evolve it into complete sales reports section in the next release.
This release also delivers many smaller enhancements, updated User Guide and bug fixes. Version 1.5 is a free update for existing customers.
My Sales Opportunities Version 1.2 Release
Improved UI, enhanced opportunity follow-up planning and Apple iPad support
micro4C’s strategic direction to support all main tablet platforms resulted in release of My Sales Opportunities 1.2 for Apple iPad.
Release 1.2 also includes several UI improvements such as markers for overdue opportunities and tasks as well as new way of planning key follow up activities for an opportunity. User’s ability to view and manage opportunities per individual customer is enriched with new dynamic filters.

My Sales Opportunities Version 1.1 Release
After My Sales Opportunities product launch we have received many positive comments from our customers. Several new features requests have come forward in very enthusiastic way. Listening to what our customers have requested, our development team added support for local currencies. You can now track your sales opportunities in local currency of your choice.
Release 1.1 also brings improved performance while sorting and filtering your entries.
